Review Your Existing X-rays

E-mail us your current x-rays and the dentist will review them to make a preliminary diagnosis.‍ This option is a good way to start out if you are unsure about needing further diagnostic or treatment planning advice. Your preliminary diagnostic information will be e-mailed back to you for you to review.

Please complete the X-ray Release Form in order for us to obtain any of your current dental x-rays prior to your appointment with us. We will obtain your x-rays for review and email your summarized preliminary diagnosis.
